Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world, and Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and shipping methods are selected. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals such as FREE Shipping Worldwide.
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time varies from country to country. There are two factors:
1. Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1-3 days (excluding weekends) due to high amount of orders.
2. Delivery time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has been shipped. If the warehouse nearest to you if out of stock we ship from closest warehouse next to your location. Currently shipping to UK takes 5-18 business days, Ireland 8-20 business days and US approx. 14 business days, but all depending on your location and the warehouse we ship from. Please be advised that the shipping can take even up to 30 days because of the current situation with the pandemic and lockdowns in place.
🔔 Due to the stock shortage in our warehouse in Dublin, orders will be shipped from the next warehouse available to your location.

What shipping carriers do you use ?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners.
How do I wash my Wooliee?
It's easy! The Wooliee is machine washable, however please ensure it's a gentle wash with very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk). If you really want to preserve the cuddliness and softness, hand wash it in cold water and air-dry only.
How do I use my discount code?
Please add the discount code while checking out. Please note we only allow 1 coupon to be used at a time.
My Tracking Code isn't available?
Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to update the information.
I have ordered 2+ units but received only 1-2 hoodies?
Correct, we can ship 2x Wooliee's in a single package, which means you will receive the rest of your order in another package possibly same day.
How can I track my package?
