How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery time varies from country to country. There are two factors:
1. Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
- Orders are normally picked up within 30 mins of placing your order. Please be aware the order processing can sometimes take us up to 24 hours to pack and ship your product. Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. The actual delivery time is subject to the official website/notice of the logistics company.
- When we dispatch your order to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
2. Delivery Time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after it has been shipped.
- Normally shipping within Ireland takes 1-2 business days. The UK, Europe and the Unites States takes approx. 2-7 business days but all depends on your location. Please note these shipping times are estimated and are provided to us by the the couriers.
- The list of countries we currently ship to is: Ireland, United Kingdom, Unites States, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Turkey, Luxembourg, Australia, Iceland.

Customs & Excise
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order upon arrival to countries outside EU, however all UK orders are import duty-free. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.
- If our shipping company cannot match the address, we will send an email to you to confirm your address after goods are ordered. We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address once the order is dispatched.
- Once the order is returned back to our warehouse and you'd like to have it re-sent, the shipping fee will have to be covered by the customer again.
