We are Irish based luxury loungewear company known for the name "The Wooliee" and we specialize in premium quality products. We sell loungewear. It’s possible that you might have already heard about our famous oversized hooded blanket "The Wooliee", adored by many customers including celebrities. It provides extra comfort and coziness to take the chill out of the air in winter, or on a summer's night in the garden while you enjoy the soft embrace of the 100% sherpa fleece on the inside and the smooth flannel fleece on the outside.

All our products are shipped from our warehouse based in Dublin, Ireland.

Do I have to pay additional Customs/Duty Fees?

Countries outside the EU (excluding the UK) may be subject to additional customs & import fees. Fee that might be asked upon delivery by your country's government. - If you're based in the EU, this means you will never be asked by Customs and third-party companies to pay any additional fees. We are an online-only business and in order to provide you with the range of products we have and at the prices we offer, we are currently not operating from physical shops. If you have any questions about sizes, materials, delivery, or anything else with regard to our products, please see the designated section of our FAQs. We are confident that the supreme quality of our cruelty-free products speaks for itself, however we also offer returns within 30 days of your purchase in case you are not satisfied for whatever reason.

If you're interested in self-collection from our warehouse instead of having it delivered to your door, please select self-collection from the delivery section when checking out.

We currently had to stop self-collection service from our warehouse until further notice. Delivery is the only option at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Despite their softness and silky smooth feel, the Wooliee is extremely durable and manufactured to last. We don't compromise on quality and cost and this guarantees that you can machine wash them and they will preserve their soft cozy feel cycle after cycle. For best results follow the instructions on the label:

• Cold machine wash (up to 30*C maximum is suggested when super dirty)
• Use mild detergents.
• Separate colors, avoid mixing with different colors.
• Do not iron & do not tumble dry or dry clean.
